More About Our Team

Founded May 1, 2003, the mission of Phoenix Rising Management Group, LTD. is based upon the simple premise of providing the highest level of customer service and leadership available in the property management industry. We are grateful for the opportunity to present information about our company and offer our services to your Association.

We provide professional residential real estate management services for condominium and townhome associations located in Chicago.  We do not manage rental properties or operate in the suburbs.  We conduct limited marketing; we rely on our positive relationships with current clients to generate referrals.  Our promise to you is to provide the highest quality of customer service and professional leadership available, which will enable your Association to achieve its goals.

The foundation of our organization is based upon professionalism, trustworthiness, honesty and integrity.  The daily practice of these organizational values provides value to our clients.

Our company operates from our main office located in the West Loop on the northeast corner of Randolph and Morgan, 946 West Randolph, Chicago, Illinois 60607.

As reflected in our organizational chart below, our unique team approach and organizational structure enables us to provide unparalleled service to our clients.

Capital Repairs Department: Responsible for all capital investments and major projects in excess of $50,000.00.  Also manages high profile association projects, sensitive projects or those otherwise requiring specialized experience.

Property Manager:  Serves as the main point of contact for Phoenix and is responsible for overall management of the Association.  Works with the Board of Directors to create a detailed, prioritized Action Item List.  The Action Item List contains all high value requirements for the association and is used to focus the property manager’s efforts.

Maintenance & Janitorial Manager:  Supervises all on-site personnel and third party contractors ensuring compliance with Association servicing contracts.

Owner Services Department:  Manages all administrative requirements such as closings and refinancing, key control, scheduling and correspondence.  Facilitates Owner communication by identifying issues of concern and either addressing or routing them to the appropriate party.

Accounting Services:  Direct liaison with the Association’s Treasurer, manages all financial matters and concerns of the Association as well as assisting Owners with their individual accounts.

As our current clients will attest, this team-based approach and customer focus will ensure you receive the highest level of customer service and leadership available in the industry.
