Mission Statement:

Phoenix Rising manages multi-family residential communities; properly maintains facilities, provides accurate financial statements, increases communications and controls costs.

  What does this mean?

We focus on the basics.

•  We establish a preventative maintenance program which ensures all the major building systems are properly serviced; plumbing, electrical, heating/ventilation, boilers, roofs, facades, life safety and elevators.

•  Our accounting team publishes quality financial products on time. We provide complete transparency in order to maintain the confidence of the Board and Homeowners.

•  Our managers maintain a low client portfolio. This enables managers to increase responsiveness and provide a higher quality service.

•  Our redundant leadership structure and supporting software ensures accountability and follow through.

•  By utilizing our internal assets to bundle services and leveraging bulk services through our preferred vendors we are able to control both quality and costs.
