Refinancing

To cover expenses involved in the refinancing of a Residential Unit, including all requests for information, the Residential Unit Owner must pay a Refinancing Fee of $55.00.

Requests for refinancing information (i.e. condominium questionnaires, 22.1 disclosure statements, paid assessment letters, etc.) must be submitted in writing to our office. 

Payment of this fee must be provided in advance, payable to Phoenix Rising Management Group.
